Ground Operations Supervisor - #1172013

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Ground Operations Supervisor to oversee daily airport ground handling activities and operational support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising ground personnel, coordinating manpower deployment, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring safe and efficient airport ground operations in accordance with aviation safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily airport ground handling operations and aviation support activities.

2. Plan and manage manpower deployment, staff duty rosters, shift schedules, and operational assignments.

3. Monitor ground handling activities to ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.

4. Supervise ground operations personnel, baggage handling teams, and support staff according to assigned service requirements.

5. Coordinate with airport authorities, airline representatives, ground handling agents, and management to ensure smooth operations.

6. Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations, aviation security procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

7. Monitor ground support equipment utilisation and ensure proper handling of operational resources.

8. Conduct regular site inspections and supervise staff performance, productivity, and service quality.

9. Handle operational disruptions, manpower shortages, service delays, and other ground handling issues.

10. Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, manpower allocation, operational activities, and service performance.

11. Prepare daily operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates for management.

12. Assist in implementing standard operating procedures and improving ground operations efficiency.

13. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to ground operations personnel on safety procedures and operational standards.

14. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and timely completion of airport service assignments.

15. Support management in operational planning, workforce management, and continuous service improvements.
