Job Summary

You will manage receptionist duties at a clinic with one medical doctor, ensuring smooth patient registration, call handling, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately to maintain up-to-date clinic records
• Manage incoming calls professionally to assist patients and coordinate with medical staff
• Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow and patient access
• Conduct patient follow-ups to support ongoing care and appointment reminders

Required competencies and certifications

• Achieved N-level certification or higher
• Proficient in computer use for clinic administrative tasks
• Must be a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident
• Good command of English, both written and verbal

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a clinic environment
• Proficiency in Chinese language to facilitate communication with patients (preferred)
