Job Summary

Your key role is to support the Sales Team on all aspects of customer support in the fast-paced, high-growth electronics industry.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders accurately and confirm delivery dates
Process weekly rescheduling requests and backlog reconciliation
Communicate and proactively address potential delinquent deliveries
Assist in inventory planning to optimize supply availability
Manage customer shipment requests and expedite orders to meet urgent delivery needs
Prepare and send weekly backlog and reschedule reports
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up to ensure timely payment collection

Requirements

Preferably working 2~3 years of customer service experience in electronics components business.

Minimum O level English and Mathematics.

Computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word and using ERP software

Must be able to pay attention to details
