Business Analyst – OutSystems - #1171786

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong OutSystems experience to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and deliver application solutions using the OutSystems platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with OutSystems developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Review and validate OutSystems application designs and solutions against business requirements.
• Support functional testing, UAT and defect resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process and application improvements.
• Support implementation, deployment and post-production activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with OutSystems.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and functional documentation.
• Good understanding of OutSystems applicationdevelopment and architecture.
• Experience working with developers and technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience in UAT, test planning and defect management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SQL/database concepts will be an added advantage.
