Quality Assurance Manager [ 5 days, Jurong East ] - #1171748

Salary: $4,500 - $5,000+ (Based on Experience)

Location: Jurong East

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Management System (QMS)

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with ISO 9001 requirements

• Review and manage CAPA, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities

• Investigate quality issues and oversee root cause analysis and corrective measures

• Manage quality standards across precision manufacturing operations

• Oversee internal and external quality audits

• Review quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit records

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues

• Oversee CMM and precision measurement activities

• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and systems

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

• Relevant QA management experience in manufacturing or precision engineering

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements

• Hands-on experience with CAPA and corrective action processes

• Good knowledge of CMM and precision measurement

• Experience in the medical, semiconductor, or aerospace industry is preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Strong understanding of precision manufacturing and quality control

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
