Join SingHealth's Staff Wellness team and contribute to building a system-wide culture that promotes the overall well-being of staff across SingHealth. You will be part of a team committed to using data and insights to inform wellness strategies and programmes, ensuring initiatives are evidence-based, impactful,and responsive to the needs of the people who power Singapore's public healthcare system.
In this role, you will support the development and management of staff wellness data and reporting, while partnering institutions and domains to strengthen data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. You will also play an active role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of staff wellness initiatives across the cluster.
WhatYou Will Do
You will support the development and management of staff wellness data, including dashboard development, data extraction, analysis, and reporting of staff wellness indicators, counselling data, peer support activities, attrition rates, and related metrics to support decision-making and programme outcomes.
You will also assemble and analyse data from a variety of sources in the planning,evaluation, and enhancement of wellness initiatives, while partnering institutions and stakeholders to strengthen data quality and reporting practices. Where appropriate, you will identify opportunities to leverage digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
Beyond data work, you will assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of wellbeing initiatives aimed at promoting awareness across five key areas, including mental wellness education programmes, webinars, campaigns, and e-modules, with the goal of delivering meaningful outcomes for staff.
You will also provide administrative and operational support for the Office, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, minutes and reports, and managing financial processes such as purchases, claims, and invoice payments.
JobRequirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Working experience in healthcare or business administration background will be an advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis including SQL
- Ability to understand higher-level objectives and translate them into implementable systems on the ground
- Ability to act with discretion and work independently
- Innovative, resourceful, and a collaborative team player who is comfortable engaging a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation
