Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (SS) - #1171687

Coordinate preventive maintenance programmes for plant equipment, including IMTE inspection and calibration activities.

Manage routine and corrective maintenance activities for building services, utilities and plant facilities.

Carry out hands-on maintenance and basic troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation and related equipment.

Perform preliminary fault finding on PLC, SCADA and HMI-controlled systems and escalate complex issues where required.

Provide technical support for new equipment installation, system upgrades and improvement projects.

Assist in conducting feasibility studies and developing maintenance plans for equipment and facility improvements.

Coordinate contractors and monitor maintenance and repair works to ensure activities are completed according to requirements.

Prepare technical documents such as approval papers, work instructions, training materials, maintenance records and regulatory submissions.

Support spare parts procurement and inventory control, including quotation sourcing, supplier coordination, price negotiation and purchasing.

Assist the Technical Department with EHS initiatives, risk assessments and compliance activities in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
