1) Teach staffand pupils how to use Web 2.0 tools for Teaching & Learning (T&L) ondevices such as tablets and laptops.

2) Ensure ICTimplementation and integration are according to the school's needs andinterests.

3) Conduct ITlessons/trainings to all students from P1 to P6 based on the ICT programmeprovided by the school. The ICT skillset to be trained are subject to changes.The planned skillsets are as follow:

• Touch typing(English, Chinese and Tamil language)

• E-Book Making

• MS Word &google doc

• Video Puppetryusing tablet apps

• MS PowerPointand Google Slides

• Animation /Stop Motion

• Search skillswith digital literacy

• MS Excel /Google Sheets

• Photo/VideoEditing (e.g. Video Editor/ Photoshop/ GIMP)

• Digital Art(Use of Procreate App in iPad)

• Canva

• Coding (textbased/block based)

4) Conduct CCAlessons for Digital Media Club according to CCA Weekly Plan

5) Support CCAlessons for Robotics CCA according to CCA Weekly Work Plan

6) Work closelywith teachers to create lesson resources (test, lessons, etc)

7) Taking on ITduties such as ICT administration, asset management and ICT procurement.

8) Support theplanning and execution of school’s ICT trainings.

9) Supportteachers adoption of good ICT practice by exploring ICT tools and applicationsfor T&L.

10) Proficient inthe use of MS Office applications.

11) Assist ICTmanager in stock taking with basic stock taking skills.

12) Set up andmanage various ICT tools to support school operations (equipments, blue screenrecording, podcasts recording, resource booking, surveys, parent-teachermeeting)

13) AdministerT&L-related surveys (Creating survey platforms and generating results),admin work (Designing PowerPoint presentations, posters, etc)

14) Facilitateschool’s events / competitions by creating montages, editing music and video,administering surveys, taking photo/ video-taking.

15) Work closelywith teachers & students to cultivate a healthy e-learning environment.

16) Contractor isto provide a replacement for a trainer to teach Chinese/Tamil touchtypingduring the period of training if the trainer is unable to deliver the training.

17) Manage thebookings of Computer Laboratories

18) Possess basiccoding skills to teach students and support Code for Fun Programme

19) Videocreation and production for school events.

20) To design andprint ICT certificates for students trained by personnel.

21) Other ad-hocduties or requests assigned by the School Leaders, HOD (ICT), SH(ICT), ICTManager and other assigned School Staff.

1) Team playerwith good communication and inter-personal skills

2) Good commandof English (written and Oral)

3) Possessminimally a diploma or equivalent in IT related content

4) Proficient inareas of photography, videography and video-editing

Itis preferable if personnel has relevant work teaching or training experience inPrimary School environment
