Singapore Tax Consultant / Tax Advisory

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: SGD 4,000 – 7,000/month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Tax Consultant / Tax Advisory professional to join our growing and multicultural team. This role goes beyond traditional tax compliance, with opportunities to work on tax advisory, cross-border matters, M&A, IPO and corporate advisory projects.

You will work with clients and teams from Singapore and across Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Greater China, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Australia and Central Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Singapore corporate tax and GST compliance and advisory matters
• Prepare and review corporate tax computations and tax returns
• Advise clients on Singapore tax requirements, tax planning and business structures
• Support GST, withholding tax, transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters
• Liaise with IRAS on tax queries, reviews and correspondence
• Conduct tax research and prepare client advice and reports
• Support M&A, tax due diligence, restructuring and IPO-related projects
• Work with our corporate advisory, accounting and overseas teams on client matters
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide practical tax solutions
• Keep up to date with changes in Singapore tax laws and regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant Singapore tax experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate tax and GST
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA or CTA is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (speaking & written)
• Experience working with Chinese-speaking or China-related clients is an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client matters
