Job Scope

• Candidate must have an Electrical background.
• Role is office-based with occasional site visits for checking.

Pre-Tender /Commercial

Cost Estimation

• Calculate quantities, materials, labour, and project timeframes before project commencement.

Tendering and Contracts

• Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.

Budget Monitoring

• Track expenses, manage variations, and forecast financial outcomes.

Valuation and Payments

• Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.

Risk and Dispute Management

• Identify commercial risks and support resolution of contractual claims or disputes.

SKILLS | EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Electrical background /knowledge is required.
• Comfortable with occasional project-site checking.
