Senior Business Analyst (Temenos, Murex, SWIFT, Sophis, Intellimatch, MOXO, JIRA, Confluence) - #1171570

Responsibilities

• Drive functional analysis and solution delivery for complex banking and financial services technology initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate solutions across TCS BaNCS, Murex and Sophis platforms.
• Manage enhancements and integrations involving Temenos T24/Transact, TAP and MOXO.
• Perform data analysis, validation and reconciliation using SQL and SQL Server.
• Maintain requirements, functional documentation and delivery tracking through Confluence and JIRA.
• Coordinate development, testing and defect resolution activities using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Support transaction processing and financial messaging activities involving SWIFT.
• Coordinate Data Migration activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation and implementation.
• Support client servicing and relationship management solutions through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Work closely with business, technology and operations stakeholders through testing, deployment and post-production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product ownership, banking technology or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Murex, Sophis and MOXO in financial technology environments.
• Experience in Temenos T24/Transact, TAP and TCS BaNCS or comparable banking platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server for data investigation, validation and reporting.
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements and delivery management.
• Strong exposure to Intellimatch and SWIFT within transaction processing and reconciliation environments.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar client relationship platforms.
• Strong experience in Data Migration, including data mapping, verification and migration testing.
• Strong understanding of private banking, wealth management, custody and client servicing processes, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
