Project Manager (Applications)

•⁠ ⁠Lead delivery of application projects from start to go-live, under guidance from senior delivery leadership on larger or higher-risk projects.

•⁠ ⁠Plan scope, timelines, budget and resources.

•⁠ ⁠Run Scrum ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retros.

•⁠ ⁠Manage the backlog with BAs and Product Owners.

•⁠ ⁠Track velocity, burndown and delivery metrics.

•⁠ ⁠Remove blockers and manage change requests.

•⁠ ⁠Support client stakeholder communication, escalating to senior management for major decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare status reports.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks early.

•⁠ ⁠Make sure work meets the Definition of Done and UAT criteria.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠3–5 years in IT project management, with 1–2 years on application projects.

•⁠ ⁠Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on with Jira or Azure DevOps.

•⁠ ⁠Working understanding of the SDLC.

•⁠ ⁠Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred

•⁠ ⁠PMP certification.

•⁠ ⁠Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with the Cloud and AI.

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to government or regulated-industry
