Application Support Analyst (Red Hat OpenShift, Solaris, Trading UI Platforms, AWS, ECS, RHEL) - #1171505

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot applications running on AWS ECS and EC2 environments.
• Manage and support Red Hat OpenShift services and containerized applications.
• Perform Linux/RHEL and Solaris administration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts and Red Hat Ansible automation for application support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production applications, including AWS applications and related operational issues.
• Support application environments with exposure to blockchain, digital asset trading, custody, and Trading UI platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, with hands-on experience in AWS ECS and EC2.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized application environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/RHEL, Solaris, and Unix Shell Scripting for administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat Ansible for automation and operational support.
• Experience in supporting AWS applications in production environments.
• Strong exposure to blockchain, digital asset trading, custody, and Trading UI platforms is preferred.
