Job Summary

As a Motorcycle Delivery Rider, you will efficiently transport goods and documents using a motorcycle. You will pick up items from designated locations, ensure safe and timely delivery, maintain accurate records, and follow traffic and safety regulations for secure deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pick up items, packages, or documents promptly from designated locations
• Safely operate a motorcycle to transport goods to their destinations
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to reduce delivery time and increase productivity
• Securely handle all items during transit to prevent damage or loss
• Verify delivery instructions and addresses for accuracy before departure
• Communicate delivery status updates to dispatchers or supervisors regularly
• Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while riding
• Perform routine motorcycle maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork, including receipts and confirmations
• Provide courteous and timely customer service during deliveries

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid motorcycle driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in delivery or courier services will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of local roads, streets, and neighborhoods
• Ability to navigate using GPS devices or maps to find optimal routes
• Ability to adapt to the working environment and fast learning
