Working Hours: 5 days work week, shift work

Our client is a leading global hospitality company. They are looking for a warm, energetic and service-focused F&B Waiter / Waitress to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering attentive and personalised service across their restaurant, bar, lounge, banquet and in-room dining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and according to service standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions and specials.
• Recommend dishes and beverages and respond confidently to guest enquiries.
• Ensure tables, service stations and dining areas are clean, organised and well prepared.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest payments and POS transactions accurately.
• Address guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support restaurant opening/closing duties, banquets, events and in-room dining when required.
• Assist with beverage preparation or barista duties when needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming and workplace safety standards.
• Support inventory control and minimise wastage.
• Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement and team development.

Requirements

• Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, energetic and guest-focused personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Flexible to work shifts and support different operational requirements.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred.
• POS/electronic ordering experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of beverages, wines and cocktails preferred.
• Cash-handling experience is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Well-groomed, professional and committed to delivering excellent service.
