Operations Executive - Golf & Leisure Venue - #1171438

As we continue to grow and expand our leisure operations, we are adding to our operations team. Join us as a Golf & Leisure Operations Executive, supporting the daily operations of our driving range and recreational facilities.

44 hours/week | 5 days rostered

Shift work, including weekends & Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the driving range and leisure facilities
• Ensure bays, equipment and facilities are safe, clean and ready for guests
• Assist guests and handle day-to-day operational enquiries
• Carry out routine checks, troubleshooting and basic technical/engineering tasks on equipment and facilities
• Identify operational or equipment issues and arrange appropriate follow-up when required
• Support opening, closing and daily operational procedures
• Assist with events, activities and special programmes
• Work closely with Front Desk and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Operate buggy and other operational equipment when required
• Support new facilities, equipment and operational initiatives as the business grows
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Experience in operations, hospitality, leisure, sports or customer service is an advantage
• Responsible, organised and hands-on
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a guest-facing environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• English & Chinese speaking preferred
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Golf experience is not required — training will be provided
