Job Summary
Company is entering the motor car servicing industry, focusing on a tyre and rim shop. The candidate will manage daily operations, establish supplier relationships, and train new workers to support business growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the tyre and rim shop to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning
- Negotiate with tyre suppliers to secure competitive supply rates and establish reliable supply chains
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to support inventory needs
- Train and mentor new workers to transfer knowledge and build team capabilities for future growth
- Support business setup activities to establish the shop from the ground up
- Able to find other avenues of growth for the company
- Develop and grow product offerings to customers
