HR Executive - #1171410

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for recruitment activities, together with work permit administration, PPE management and general office procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-up

• Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews and facilitate the recruitment process

• Prepare recruitment and onboarding documentation for new employees

• Assist with work permit applications, renewals, cancellations and other related administrative matters

• Monitor work permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals

• Maintain accurate employee and HR records

• Issue company PPE to employees and maintain accurate PPE inventory records

• Monitor PPE stock levels and arrange replenishment when required

• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for office supplies, stationery, PPE and other HR/office-related items

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department and assist with other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

• 1–3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred

• Candidates with recruitment experience and knowledge of work permit administration will have an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
