Business Development Executive (Automotive Financing) - #1171405

Adecco is partnering with a leading Automotive company with AI-powered solutions for vehicle valuation, financing, and cross-border transactions to look for Business Development Executive (Automotive financing). Headquartered in Singapore with an established presence across key Asian markets.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships within automotive financing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Thereafter, identify & explore new business partnerships locally and regionally.
• Develop business development strategies to pitch, propose and secure new partnerships and business relationships.
• Conduct research to build market intelligence in industry.
• Keep abreast of new trends in the automotive sales and financing ecosystem to develop & create marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Conduct research to build market intelligence in industry.
• Prepare and present regular and timely updates of management reports, market intelligence, and regulatory changes for management oversight.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Ideally min 2 years of business development experience in Automotive financing.
• Good understanding of the Singapore automotive market and financing ecosystem would be a strong advantage.
• Highly sales-driven with a strong hunter mentality, demonstrating resilience and determination in pursuing and converting new business opportunities.
• Comfortable with cold calling, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face prospecting
• Strong communication, presentation, pitching and negotiation skills
