Drive business growth and deliver holistic estate and legacy planning solutions to high-net-worth clients across the region.

• Develop strategic internal partnerships to deliver comprehensive estate and legacy planning solutions.
• Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and training to educate stakeholders on wealth planning developments, regulatory changes, and tax implications.
• Build external business partnerships to expand the firm’s fiduciary and corporate services footprint across Singapore and regional markets.
• Create and update centralized knowledge resources to establish best practices in wealth and estate planning.
• Engage existing clients to review ongoing financial structures, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction.

skills and experience required.

• Proven track record in wealth planning, estate management, or fiduciary services within a private banking or financial services environment.
• Deep knowledge of estate planning structures, life insurance solutions, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong business development capabilities with demonstrated success in driving revenue and expanding distribution channels.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice.
• Bachelor degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, with relevant professional certifications preferred.
