skills and experience required

• Near/Full professional actuarial qualification with IFoA, SOA or equivalent.

• Deep functional expertise across non-life pricing, reserving, capital modeling, and regulatory guidelines, with technical familiarity in tools such as ResQ, Igloo, Python, or R.

• Extensive background operating within general insurance, reinsurance, or top-tier consulting environments.

• Demonstrated ability to guide complex project deliverables, mentor junior team members, and manage end-to-end accountabilities.

• Superior executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
