Weekly Rest: 2 days, including 1 weekend day
Location: Holland Village Area
We are looking for a hands-on Cafe Manager (Supervisor) to oversee daily operations at Mocha Café, a stylish counter-service / self-service café.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the café team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee counter service and ensure friendly, efficient customer service.
- Drive sales through upselling and improving average transaction value (ATS/UPT).
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Work closely with the founders to improve café operations, products and promotions.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Manage stock and supplies and minimise wastage.
- Train and support team members to maintain service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and other relevant requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
- Café / F&B operational experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Hands-on, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
