Manager, Operations & Brand - Premium Skincare

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on operations and brand manager to run supply chain, manufacturer coordination, and brand execution as we scale our premium skincare line across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the founder, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for offshore manufacturing partners, keep procurement and quality on track, and roll out the brand across e-commerce and, later, physical retail.

What You will Do

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for offshore manufacturing and formulation partners, tracking quality, cost, and production timelines across the SKU range
• Run procurement, inventory, and logistics through to direct-to-consumer fulfilment, flagging risks and improvements to the founder
• Coordinate with formulation partners on adapting products for tropical/humid climates (texture, stability, actives suited to SEA skin concerns)
• Execute brand and communications plans across channels, keeping messaging and positioning consistent
• Support market expansion work, including market research and competitor analysis for new SEA markets
• Handle supplier and vendor negotiations within agreed budgets and terms
• Coordinate a small team or external agencies as the business grows

What Are we Looking for

• More than 5+ years of experience across brand, procurement, supply chain, or sales, ideally in skincare, beauty, or consumer goods
• Hands-on experience working with offshore or overseas manufacturers
• Exposure to both brand/marketing and operations; this is a hybrid role
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian consumer markets and climate-driven product considerations is a strong plus
• Comfortable in a lean, founder-led environment with no established playbook
• Fluent Mandarin required; conversational Thai, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, or Vietnamese is advantageous
