Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and improving Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) production processes to achieve optimal quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support daily production operations and ensure production, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting process, equipment, and product quality issues.
• Participate in process validation, production trials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, production records, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support customer requirements relating to product quality, process control, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with experience or academic exposure to Metal Injection Moulding (MIM), Powder Metallurgy, Precision Engineering, or Metal Manufacturing will have an added advantage.
• Strong interest in developing a career in manufacturing and engineering.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
