BlueTree Education is a growing enrichment and tuition centre dedicated to nurturing confident, capable, and curious learners. We are looking for a dependable Centre Officer to ensure smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative coordination and working with kids.
Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Administration
- Support daily centre operations, including attendance, classroom setup, materials, scheduling, and general administration.
- Attend to parent and student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Handle registrations, trial bookings, invoicing, receipt issuance, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate attendance, enrolment, payment, and other centre records using the Company's internal systems.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff on class schedules, materials, classroom arrangements, and operational matters.
- Support centre events, workshops, examinations, holiday programmes, and other activities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for parents and students.
- Assist with follow-up on outstanding administrative and operational matters.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
- O’Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in administration, customer service, or education centre operations preferred.
- Strong communication and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well with parents, students, teachers, and staff.
- Comfortable learning and using internal systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
- Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Able to work both weekend.

Working Hours
Our standard working hours are 9.5 hours per day (with inclusive of 1hr lunch break), with the usual schedules being:
- Weekday: 10.30am to 8.00pm, or 11pm - 9.30pm
- Weekend: 8.30am to 6.00pm, or 9.30am - 7.00pm
Working hours may vary on certain days depending on class schedules and operational needs. Where there is a requirement to work later, the starting time will generally be adjusted accordingly, while maintaining 9.5 working hours per day (with inclusive of 1hr lunch break).
