* Assist the chef with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

* Support the chef in preparing and cooking Chinese-style dishes and noodles.

* Prepare, wash, cut and portion ingredients according to requirements.

* Assist with daily cooking, ingredient preparation and other kitchen duties.

* Ensure ingredients and food are handled and stored properly.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.

* Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

* Assist the chef with other kitchen-related duties as required.

Requirements

* 1–3 years or more of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine / Chinese F&B operations.

* Experience working in a Chinese restaurant or noodle shop is preferred.

* Good understanding of food preparation and basic cooking procedures.

* Able to assist the chef and work effectively as part of a kitchen team.

* Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

* Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

* Good hygiene and food safety awareness.

* Staff Meal: Provided

* Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–7:00pm

* Break: 2:00pm–4:00pm

* Rest Days: 4 days per month, every Sunday off

* Location: Bishan

* Workplace: Air-conditioned noodle shop
