RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose of The Role

To provide effective production and creative support to the Producer and Production team in delivering a well-organised, engaging and high-quality variety programme. The role ensures that production requirements, resources, talents, logistics and timelines are properly coordinated, enabling the team to execute each episode efficiently and smoothly from pre-production through to post-production.

Scope of The Role

Support the Producer and Production team in the end-to-end planning, coordination and production of variety programmes, including day-to-day production support, pre-booking of resources and talents, scheduling, transport and props arrangements, on-site production execution, and post-production support. The role will work closely with the Producer, Writer, Coordinator, production crew, talents and other stakeholders to ensure that each episode is well-prepared and delivered smoothly, creatively and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting materials for production planning such as line-ups, rundowns and location surveys which includes schedule paperwork and camera scripts for Producers.


• Requisition of props and costumes.


• Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.


• Manage talents and crew both in Studio and location filming and see to crowd control.


• Prepare production reports.


• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production.


• Follow up on editing such as transfer and logging, dialogue dubbing and transcribing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma / Degree graduates or candidates with 2 years of related experience in media are welcome to apply


• Able and willing to work irregular hours


• Able to speak, read and write Chinese to effectively draft and review documents and communicate and liaise with the Chinese-speaking clients, stakeholders and vendors
