Community and Program Director - #1171194

The Community and Program Director will drive continuous engagement among our angel-investing and non-angel-investing executive members, while leading recruitment of new executives for our programs under the new "Meet Your Peers" platform — with a special focus on attracting female executive leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Member Recruitment & Engagement
• Marketing & Outreach via LinkedIn posts and direct outreach
• Program Execution- scheduling, event coordination, and session notes/summaries
• Program Review & Improvement

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Relationship & Stakeholder Management – builds trust quickly with senior executives; comfortable engaging C-suite/CHROs

• Business Development – can pitch to and negotiate with potential sponsors

• Program Management – organized, detail-oriented, able to run multiple programs at once

• Marketing Communication – confident with LinkedIn content and outreach messaging

• Business Acumen – understands corporate and human capital challenges well enough to hold credible conversations with CHROs

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 20+ years of corporate experience in HR, talent management, talent acquisition

• Experience working with or engaging large corporates (not SMEs)

• Bachelor's degree required

• Strong existing network of corporate/C-suite contacts, especially in HR, is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
