About the Role

MyChirocare is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our upcoming new team as a Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant.

You will play an important role in creating a warm and positive patient experience while supporting the chiropractors to maintain clinic operation. Your proactive attitude and initiative will play a pivotal role in ensuring the clinic run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Manage patient flow and appointments
• Check patients in and out and handle payments/transactions
• Assist the chiropractors with day-to-day clinic operations
• Prepare and ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

• Responsible, proactive and takes initiative
• Genueine interest in patient care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
• Basic computer skills
• No experience required — full training will be provided
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or clinic settings is a plus
