MASSAGE THERAPIST - #1171192

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage treatments according to clients' needs and the services offered by the establishment.
• Perform various massage techniques, such as: (1) Traditional massage, (2) Deep tissue massage, (3) Foot reflexology, (4) Head, neck, and shoulder massage, (5) Body massage, (6) Other specialised treatments as trained and authorised
• Consult with clients before treatment to understand their preferences, concerns, and specific requirements.
• Explain the treatment process and ensure clients are comfortable throughout the session.
• Apply appropriate massage techniques, pressure, and movements based on the client's needs and service requirements.
• Maintain professional boundaries and provide services in accordance with company policies and professional standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, massage beds, towels, and equipment.
• Handle client enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are properly cleaned and maintained after each session.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.
• Assist with shop duties when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is an advantage.
• Knowledge of different massage techniques and treatment procedures.
• Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and professional treatment practices.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
• Professional, responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
