About the Client

Our client is an established international consumer brand within the home and lifestyle space. As part of its expansion into Singapore, the company is building its local presence and growing its team to drive market development and strengthen its footprint across multiple sales channels.

Role Profile

This is a hands-on sales role focused on expanding the brand’s offline presence across retail, events, roadshows, and B2B channels. The successful candidate will combine business development with on-the-ground execution, taking ownership of physical sales touchpoints and customer acquisition initiatives.

About the Role

• Drive offline sales opportunities across retail, exhibitions, roadshows, corporate/B2B partnerships, and BTO group buys
• Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows from set-up through to on-site sales execution
• Set up and manage physical retail touchpoints, including experiential zones, kiosks, and storefronts
• Develop B2B partnerships and identify new channels to expand the brand’s physical presence
• Recruit, train, and coordinate external promoters to deliver strong customer engagement and sales performance
• Develop pricing and promotional initiatives to drive conversion and maximise offline sales

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, field/event operations, or business development in Singapore
• Experience in B2B accounts, group buys, retail leasing, or managing external promoters
• Commercially driven and hands-on, with the ability to manage both business negotiations and on-site execution
• Good understanding of Singapore’s consumer and retail landscape; exposure to the home appliance industry is advantageous
