Lead Technical Architect - #1171144

· Designs and develops integration and technical solutions in TemenosR22/R23, including Transact, FCM, TDH and Analytics. Integration scope includes ATM Framework over TCP/IP, SFTP, REST API and ActiveMQ.

· Coordinates senior developers responsible for L3 customizations, configuration, integration and data migration work on Temenos Azure Cloud SaaS2.0, using the Extensibility Framework, DSF, TDH, Analytics, Adapter Microservice, Python scripts and related development tools in line with Temenos implementation guidelines.

· Worked with lead architects and senior stakeholders from the bank and Temenos to finalize cloud architecture diagrams and non-functional requirements.

· Supports project management activities, including task estimation, project planning, environment planning, resource planning and recruitment support.

· Reviews Azure infrastructure and application performance monitoring information to support issue analysis and technical recommendations.

· Develops tools external to Temenos Transact but are required in the project (e.g. r ATM card transaction reconciliation and TDH-to-Transact data reconciliation.)

As AI Champion

· Promote approved AI Delivery Products

· Support delivery teams in daily use

· Identify repeatable use cases

· Escalate blockers to AI Captain

· Capture AI Infusion along with measurable impact

· Develops tools leveraging on AI to support IBG project activities including automated Info Basic-to-Java conversion, Java and Python code review, technical and functional document review, and cut overactivity tracking.

As Reporting Manager

· Support/review/approve reporting team members timesheet, leave request and other administrative stuff.

· Execute periodic performance reviews with team members.

Oversee team members’ personal and career welfare, mentorship, onboarding / offboarding/ training, etc.
