Sales Admin [5 DAYS / GUL CIRCLE] (KCKC) - #1171102

• Salary: $2300-$2600 + AWS + Variable bonus[Apr] + 14 AL
• Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]
• Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.45pm
• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]

Job Responsibilities

• Administrative support to sales department.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers
• Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
• To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
• To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
• Prepare quotations.
• Any other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Min Diploma
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
