REST/SOAP APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, API Gateway, event-driven architecture (Kafka a plus)

Security standards

OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, mTLS

AWS Infrastructure

EC2, VPC, IAM, KMS, CloudFormation, HA/DR, IaC — architecture-level understanding, not necessarily hands-on ops

Public Sector — Mandatory

Prior delivery experience with Singapore Government agencies/Statutory Boards, on Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), under GovTech/WOG/IM8 frameworks
