Temp Admin Executive|12-Month Contract |Up to $2,800 per month - #1171063

We are looking for a Temporary Admin Executive to support licensing and administrative work.

What you will do

• Process new licence applications, renewals and updates

• Check and follow up on missing documents

• Contact applicants and licence holders for clarifications

• Monitor outstanding payments and send reminders

• Prepare payment acknowledgement letters

• Update records and track case progress

• Prepare monthly reports and statistics

• Organise electronic files using SharePoint

• Log system issues and help test system fixes

• Perform other administrative duties when required

What we are looking for

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably Business Administration or a related field

• Previous administrative, operations or licensing-support experience is an advantage

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Careful, organised and comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to follow up with applicants and other parties professionally

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented

Contract details

• Contract duration: 12 months
• Salary: Up to $2,800/month
• Employment type: Full-time contract position
• Work location: Pasir Panjang
• Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
