Manager, Solutions Development - #1171057

Position Overview

Lead the development and delivery of innovative Workplace Management solutions across multiple industry sectors in Singapore, with particular focus on public institutions. Drive operational excellence through strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solutions Development

• Develop comprehensive workplace management solutions tailored to public institutions, corporate, healthcare, education, and government sectors
• Lead innovation initiatives identifying emerging workplace trends, technologies, and best practices
• Design scalable solutions addressing hybrid work models, space optimization, and employee experience

Public Sector Expertise

• Develop specialized understanding of public institution requirements, compliance frameworks, and Singapore government procurement processes
• Build strong relationships with public sector stakeholders, demonstrating how workplace solutions support public service excellence

Client Engagement

• Serve as primary technical advisor to client’s C-suite executives, facility managers, and procurement teams
• Facilitate workshops and consultative sessions demonstrating thought leadership
• Manage complex stakeholder environments balancing diverse requirements while maintaining solution integrity

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business development, operations, technology, finance, and legal teams on integrated proposals
• Coordinate with subject matter experts across facilities management, sustainability, technology integration, and change management
• Provide technical guidance during transition from design to implementation

Proposal Development

• Lead technical aspects of proposal development including solution narratives, scope definitions, service delivery models, and pricing strategies
• Manage pursuit activities including site visits, presentations, and negotiations
• Develop innovative pricing models balancing client value with commercial sustainability

Market Intelligence

• Monitor marketplace dynamics, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging workplace trends
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers and industry presentations

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field
• 3-5 years progressive experience in workplace solutions or facilities management, including 2-3 years in solutions development or client-facing technical roles
• Proven track record with public sector clients and understanding of Singapore government procurement processes
• Strong technical knowledge of workplace management services including facilities operations, space planning, sustainability initiatives, and integrated facility management

Preferred

• Professional certifications (IFMA CFM, RICS, PMP)
• Experience with major public sector accounts in Singapore or regional markets
• Knowledge of emerging workplace technologies (IoT, workplace analytics, building management systems)
• Understanding of sustainable workplace practices and ESG frameworks
