Job Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations and service schedules.
• Manage cleaning staff, including work allocation, attendance and performance.
• Communicate with clients to understand service requirements and handle feedback.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and safety standards.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower arrangements and operational reports.
• Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and supplies.
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and workplace safety.
• Assist with recruitment, staff deployment and performance evaluation.
• Handle administrative duties, quotations, invoices and service documentation.
• Ensure company operations comply with relevant workplace and safety requirements.
