• Drive comprehensive technical evaluations of reserving frameworks, pricing strategies, capital models, and IFRS 17 compliance to enhance enterprise governance.

• Deliver high-impact risk assessments and actionable insights directly to the Chief Actuary, Chief Risk Officer, and Audit Committee.

• Champion independent reviews of actuarial methodologies across diverse business units to safeguard organizational integrity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to refine modeling standards and optimize financial reporting workflows.

• Execute structured leadership responsibilities designed to prepare you for direct line management in your next career phase.

About the manager/team

You will join a dynamic group of analytical specialists under the guidance of a seasoned actuarial leader who offers dedicated mentorship to elevate your commercial acumen and executive presence.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience within actuarial or risk management domains, with technical exposure across valuation, reserving, pricing, or IFRS 17 reporting.

• Fellowship or near-fellowship credentials from a recognized professional body including FSA, FIA, FIAA, or equivalent.

• Advanced capability with actuarial modeling platforms such as Prophet or AXIS alongside standard regulatory accounting frameworks.

• Strong desire to step into an analytical oversight role with clear ambitions to lead and mentor team members.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear advice for senior executives.
