Quantity Surveyor - #1171012

We are a local SME under the BCA Workhead CR-18 that specializes in supplying and installation of doors for construction projects. We are an established approved supplier to HDB for over 30 years, involving in projects which includes BTO, EC and HIP.

Job scope of the Quantity Surveyor includes the following:

• Carrying out quantity take-off from engineering drawings and preparation of quotations.
• Consolidating monthly work done by installer according to different project sites and prepare progress claims for submission to main-contractors.
• Scheduling installation dates for HDB's Home Improvement Program (HIP) according to main contractor master plan.
• Applying for Fire-door labels from respective certification bodies and preparing them for distribution.
• Submitting application of different Door types to list in HDB's Material Listing website.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Academic qualifications in Quantity Surveying is not necessary, but candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in preparing of quotation, progress claim, VO, etc., preferably in the archi trade.
