What You’ll Do

• Design and plan game progression systems, including player experience, progression paths, goals, and long-term engagement.
• Design and balance progression systems and in-game economies to create a rewarding and engaging player experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance player experience and the overall value of progression features, while supporting the game's commercial objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about games, with experience in developing or designing multiple SLG or mobile games.
• Experience with progression systems and player experience, with a good understanding of player needs, motivations, and expectations.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent planning and execution skills, with the ability to deliver quality work within timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Axure, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and team members.
