- Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
- Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operations, workers and contractors
- Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of the organization's project and solutions
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising at the site (Technical matters)
- Supervised the site works on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to a given project.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specifications and work schedule
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
- To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
- shift work and weekend duty is required
- hands-on for site work such as formwork & rebar practical coaching and training for new workers
