Business Development RM – Corporate Banking (Loans & Deposits)

Our client, a regional bank, is looking for a Business Development RM / Assistant RM to drive new corporate client acquisition and grow loan and deposit relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate banking leads and opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Engage prospects to understand their financing and banking requirements.
• Originate opportunities across loans, CASA, deposits and other product solutions.
• Support client onboarding and conversion of prospects into active, funded relationships.
• Cross-sell Cash Management, Trade, FX and other banking solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate account opening, onboarding and transactions.
• Track sales pipeline, activities and conversion progress.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant Corporate Banking / Business Development / Relationship Management experience.
• Strong experience in loan and deposit/CASA acquisition & cross sell
• Proven ability to develop new corporate relationships and generate business.
• Commercially driven, proactive and target-oriented.
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.
