Team Lead / Supervisor – Document Verification Operations - #1170766

Responsibilities

• Supervise document verification operations and team performance
• Liaise with relevant officers on operational matters
• Ensure verification is completed within required turnaround times
• Conduct quality checks and manage complex cases/escalations
• Support UAT and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in team supervision, manpower deployment, or high-volume administrative/data operations
• Strong operational, IT, communication, and supervisory skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, FormSG, or similar systems
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential and compliance-sensitive information
