Working Location: Company Outlets, Singapore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Week: 5 Days

Annual Leave: 7 Days Onwards

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Conduct daily grooming and appearance inspections across all company outlets.

• Ensure staff maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.

• Check that staff wear complete and properly maintained company uniforms.

• Ensure staff wear approved footwear according to company requirements.

• Inspect staff hair, makeup, nails and overall personal grooming to ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Verify that staff name tags and approved accessories are worn correctly.

• Conduct pre-opening checks to ensure treatment rooms, workstations and customer-facing areas are clean, organised and presentable.

• Conduct random outlet inspections throughout the day to monitor ongoing compliance.

• Record non-compliance issues and prepare daily or weekly inspection reports.

• Follow up with Outlet Managers on identified issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Coach and guide staff on professional grooming, presentation and brand image.

• Ensure new employees understand and follow the company's grooming and appearance standards during onboarding.

• Work closely with HR and Operations teams to support the implementation and maintenance of company SOPs and brand standards.

• Provide feedback and recommendations to management on recurring compliance issues and areas for improvement.

• Professional appearance and well-groomed at all times.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in communicating standards and providing constructive feedback to staff.

• Fair, objective and consistent when enforcing company standards.

• Able to work independently and conduct regular outlet inspections.

• Comfortable travelling between different company outlets in Singapore.

• Good organisational and reporting skills.

• Able to handle confidential and sensitive staff-related matters professionally.

• Prior experience in operations, retail, hospitality, beauty, spa, quality assurance, compliance or similar roles will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills | 优先条件

• Experience in conducting outlet, service quality or grooming inspections.

• Experience working in a multi-outlet environment.

• Good understanding of professional grooming and customer-facing standards.

• Comfortable working with checklists, inspection records and reports.

• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to ensure corrective actions are completed.
