Admin Assistant

• Providing general administrative services
• Relief timetabling and informing teachers
• Printing, sorting, laminating, binding, shredding, counting and scanning of materials
• Printing of worksheets for remedials etc
• Distribution of newspapers and collaterals to classrooms
• Prepare labels and signages required for school exams and written exams
• Any other duties as assigned by Head of the department or Admin Manager.

Qualification:

• The Personnel must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
• Good team player with a high level of initiative
