Floor Melody is a fast-growing Singapore flooring company providing innovative indoor and outdoor flooring solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Our product range includes Axione Wood, vinyl flooring, timber flooring, WPC decking, carpet, tiles, vinyl sheet flooring, wall panels, as well as installation and floor maintenance services.

We have served more than 2,000 customers, installed over 3 million square feet of flooring, and built strong working relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers and commercial clients.

As we continue to expand in Singapore and Southeast Asia, we are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join us as:

• Business Development Executive

• Sales Executive

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential and commercial markets

• Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, property owners and corporate clients

• Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations and convert leads into confirmed sales

• Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable flooring solutions based on customers’ requirements and budgets

• Arrange showroom appointments, site measurements and project discussions

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and referrals

• Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project coordination

• Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Provide regular updates on completed tasks, ongoing negotiations and upcoming opportunities

What We Are Looking For

• Positive, responsible and self-motivated attitude

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Confident in meeting new customers and developing professional relationships

• Able to work independently and follow up consistently

• Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and grow

• Willing to learn about flooring products, installation methods and technical specifications

• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quotation preparation

• Able to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:

• Flooring or building materials

• Interior design or renovation

• Construction

• Property or real estate

• Furniture or home improvement

• Architectural products

• B2B sales or project sales

Applicants without flooring experience are also welcome. Product knowledge and sales training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
