Education Partnerships & Project Manager - #1170643

We are looking for an experienced Education Partnerships & Project Manager to lead our offline education campaigns and partnership projects.

The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact between our company and education partners, turning partnership objectives into well-planned and professionally executed roadshows, mall activations and community events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with education partners

• Understand campaign objectives and develop practical project plans

• Plan roadshows, mall activations and education-related events

• Coordinate venues, timelines, budgets, manpower, vendors and event materials

• Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams

• Oversee on-site execution and resolve operational issues

• Monitor leads, conversions and overall campaign performance

• Prepare project updates, event reports and improvement recommendations

• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand partner relationships

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in education, partnerships, events or project management

• Relevant experience with education brands, enrichment providers or student recruitment is preferred

• Proven ability to independently plan and deliver offline campaigns

• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills

• Commercially minded and able to translate partnership goals into measurable outcomes

• Organised, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple projects

• Willing to support events outside regular office hours when required
