Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests warmly, professionally, and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience
• Present menu items clearly, explaining ingredients and preparation methods to enhance guest understanding
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to consistently deliver excellent service
• Learn and perform all aspects of restaurant operations through hands-on experience
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, completing all checklists accurately to ensure operational readiness
• Support smooth and efficient daily outlet operations by maintaining service, cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and coordinate team activities to support outlet performance
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure compliance
• Participate actively in team briefings, training sessions, and staff development activities to build skills
• Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through structured on-the-job training
• Learn to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with a diverse F&B team
