Regional Assistant Marketing Manager

Working Days: Mon - Fri

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm

Salary Range: $5,000

Working Location: Sungei Kadut Street 2 Trendspace, Singapore 729227 (Yew Tee Mrt)

Job responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
2. Coordinate marketing activities across different countries and ensure consistent brand
3. Track marketing activities, timelines and results.
4. Support the positioning and promotion of decorative laminates, new collections, colours, textures and specialty finishes.
5. Coordinate the development of catalogues, sample folders, display boards， brochures and other marketing materials.
6. Ensure brand guideline are consistently followed across regional markets.
7. Coordinate participation in international and regional exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches and seminars.
8. Assist with booth concepts, displays, product selection, logistics, promotional materials and event schedules.
9. Coordinate with exhibition organizers, contractors, agencies and country team.
10. Follow up on leads and prepare post event reports.
11. Support engagement programs with architects, interior designers, consultant，developers and other specification professional.
12. Organize product presentations, workshops, networking events and collaborations.
13. Asst sales teams with product specification initiatives and presentation materials.
14. Coordinate regional social media content and digital campaigns.
15. Work with agencies and internal teams on content creation, product, photography, videos, newsletters and online promotions.
16. Monitor competitor products, design, pricing, exhibitions, campaigns and market activities.
