Molex Singapore is seeking an Executive, General Affairs to support the daily administrative, facility, and workplace operations of our manufacturing site. In this role, you will coordinate workplace services, manage vendor relationships, support compliance activities, and help create a safe, efficient, and positive work environment for employees and visitors.
Our Team
You will join the General Affairs team within DSS and work closely with employees, contractors, vendors, and site stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The team plays an important role in supporting workplace services, facilities management, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance across the site.
What You Will Do
Daily General Affairs Operations
• Execute day-to-day administrative and site support activities (office, facilities, employee services)
• Coordinate workplace services to ensure smooth business operations
• Act as the first point of contact for general affairs-related issues and service requests
Facility & Maintenance Coordination
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works for office and site facilities
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
• Monitor facility conditions and escalate issues to the GA Leader when necessary
• Support preventive maintenance schedules
Vendor Coordination & Administration
• Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, security, transport, maintenance, pantry)
• Track vendor performance and service delivery against agreed standards
• Support contract documentation, renewals, and service records
• Ensure vendors comply with site rules, safety, and ethical standards
Administrative & Documentation Support
• Maintain proper records of administrative, facility, and vendor-related documents
• Support procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
• Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and documentation for audits
• Ensure documentation is accurate, updated, and audit-ready
Compliance & Audit Support
• Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., WSH, fire safety)
• Assist in site audit preparation (RBA, ISO, internal audits)
• Maintain checklists, logs, and records required for audit traceability
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Workplace Safety & Security Support
• Support implementation of workplace safety programmes and initiatives
• Assist in coordinating safety drills, inspections, and incident reporting
• Ensure safety equipment and first aid supplies are adequately maintained
• Work with security teams on access control and site security matters
• Assist in badge creation/maintenance for employee, contractors etc.
• Assist in issuance and maintenance of the car decal for employees
Employee Services & Engagement
• Support employee welfare initiatives (canteen, transport, workplace amenities)
• Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities
• Address employee queries related to workplace services
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general administration, facilities, office management, or a related function.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with workplace safety, facility management, and audit requirements.
- Experience supporting employee engagement activities and workplace services.
